Deliveries & Returns


Products purchased on are delivered to Canada and the United States.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

The Company sends each Customer an order shipping notification email including, among other information, the package tracking number when it was communicated by the carrier.

The delivery time of the products corresponds to the shipping processing time to which is added the delivery time.nt.

Deliveries are mainly made via the services of CANADA POST, FEDEX, PUROLATOR or UPS.

Returns and refunds can occur:

- Either within the framework of legal withdrawal period, the customer has a legal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the product to notify us of his intention to return it to us.

- Either in case of noncompliance of the product or service delivered.

For any return made under the right of withdrawal, the return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Prepare the return package
